Twilight Sessions

Explore the power of working with body and mind. Our twilight sessions introduce you to key elements of Quantum Potential personal development practice, combined with a deeply relaxing and meditative yoga session.

Friday nights (6.00-8.30pm) in Leamington Spa.

The programme is a series of evening yoga (mind and body) sessions that can be taken as individual units or as the full programme. Each session focuses on a particular theme and includes a seminar to introduce key ideas that are designed to inspire you to new possibilities. The seminar is followed by a sequence of mindful movement (somatic yoga) followed by long held postures (yin yoga) to give you the mental and physical space to assimilate some of the new ideas. There’s time at the end for questions and further discussion.

June 8th: The mind: how it works and how to re-programme your limiting beliefs
August 3rd: Union of body and mind – yoga in action
August 17th: Mastermind alliance – yoga in group action
