Gratitude = Great Attitude

This one-day workshop combines two amazing yoga sessions – which incorporate self-awareness techniques for the mind, as well as the body – with a talk and discussion about the power of gratitude. We will also be serving delicious home-cooked food (we can cater for special dietary requirements if you tell us in advance).

It’s a chance to take a break, make space and acknowledge what is good in your life. Feel happier, healthier, and more fulfilled in just one day.

The art of being grateful is extraordinarily powerful, Why? Because it’s like using a highlighter pen – it makes your brain notice how well you are doing. If you learn to be grateful for the many little good things in your life that you probably take for granted, you are on your way to creating an abundant mindset and opening yourself up to new possibilities.

10.30 – 12.00 QP Yoga session 1
12.15 – 1.15 Drinks and discussion
1.15 – 2.00 Lunch
2.00 – 3.30 QP Yoga session 2
3.30 – 4.00 Tea and cake
