Learn how to deal with stress positively and find out how to cope with anything that comes your way. Uncover your inner strength, improve your flexibility, find your motivation, increase your energy: rejuvenate both mind and body.

We have developed a 6-part programme that takes you on a journey of self-discovery, giving you the tools and techniques to help you feel more empowered and more in control. You will develop an unshakeable core belief that you can cope with anything that comes your way.

Learn how to focus the mind in order to develop mental calm and deep insight. Find out how to connect to your breath and to create space in your body by using conscious meditative movement and long-held yoga postures. Learn how to see problems more clearly and dispassionately, set aside negative emotions, relax physically, and create a positive belief system.

The programme consists of 2 weekend workshops and 4 shorter midweek evening “twilight” session. In each session we look to expand the mind through inspiring talks that help you recognise and challenge your preconceptions. We then embed that new learning by bringing it into the physical body, through a series of specially designed mind/body sessions, drawing on yin yoga, somatic movement, breath-work and mindfulness.

De-cluttering your mind – Saturday 11th January, 10.30am-4.00pm

Programming: how your mind works on auto-pilot – Wednesday 15th January, 7.00-9.00pm

Authenticity: finding the real you – Wednesday 22nd January, 7.00-9.00pm

Perspective: seeing things a different way – Wednesday 29th January, 7.00-9.00pm

Gratitude: staying with the positive perspective – Wednesday 5th February, 7.00-9.00pm

Accessing your Quantum Potential – Sunday 16th February, 10.30am-4.00pm
