About Quantum Potential

Quantum Potential (QP) is a unique, holistic and personalised approach to body and mind where we work in small, supportive groups of like-minded people, led by personal development and bodywork professionals.

We combine deeply relaxing and meditative yoga sessions with the sharing of mental techniques to develop greater self awareness, see things from a different perspective, free yourself from limiting behaviours and awaken potential you knew you had but didn’t quite know how to unlock. This all happens within a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment – a great place to unwind and a safe space to be honest with ourselves and others.

We will give you the mental tools to be more self-aware and self-reliant, keep problems in perspective, control your inner demons, tap into hidden reserves of self confidence, set meaningful goals and transform your negative influences into inspirational outcomes.

The QP Programme

The Quantum Potential programme will teach you how to deal with stress positively and how to cope with anything that happens to you. You will learn to…

Our aim is to help you rejuvenate both mind and body. It is a journey of self-discovery, where you will develop an unshakeable core belief that you have the answers to anything and everything that comes your way. You will learn how how to focus the mind, how to connect to your breath and to create space in your body using conscious meditative movement and long-held yoga postures. You will also learn how to see problems more clearly and dispassionately, setting aside negative emotions, relaxing physically, and creating a positive belief system.

The programme consists of 5 workshops, each with a different theme, followed up by regular weekly mind/body movement classes. In each workshop, we look to expand the mind through inspiring talks that help you to recognise and challenge your preconceptions. We then embed that new learning by bringing it into the physical body, through a series of specially designed mind/body sessions, drawing on yin yoga, somatic movement, breath-work and mindfulness.

We also run one-day workshops focusing on individual themes, and an overseas retreat in the Autumn which is a fantastic opportunity to escape from your everyday life and work in depth on creating lasting change.
